If you need to reset your Classoos password; your email address provider is other than Misrosoft or Google; or you don’t want or can’t use your Microsoft or Google email address, please follow these steps to access to Classoos:
- Open the app on your mobile devices or go to my.classoos.com on your laptop/computer
- Click “forgot password” to reset your password
- Type the email address that you have used to sign up to Classoos
- Click “reset password”
- Click the link in the “Classoos password reset” email that we have sent you
- Follow the instructions on the screen
From now on you can use this password to log in to your Classoos account.
