Why is this happening?
Some schools control which services their staff and students can access with their school credentials (email address and password).
How to solve this problem?
Please contact your IT Team and ask them to add Classoos to the approved list.
In the meantime you can set up a separate Classoos password to access your account – it doesn’t affect your school password, nor will it stop you from logging in with Microsoft or Google in the future. Click here to see how.
